- Environmental Impact Statements (EIS)
An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is a process of anticipating the potential impacts on the receiving environment caused by a proposed development. Legally, certain projects require an EIA depending on the type and scale of the development. Trinity Green can carry out Screening, Scoping and Preparation of EIS.
- Environmental Auditing
Environmental auditing of a facility identities the potential environmental effects from activities on a site, the areas for environmental improvement, advise on best practice, and legal requirements for environmental protection (including licencing requirements).
- Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
The development of an EMS in a company ensures the effective management of any associated environmental risk. Trinity Green offer services in the development of written procedures and work practices, environmental auditing and consultation and advice in the development and maintenance of the EMS.
- Waste/IPPC Licence Application and Maintenance
Under legal requirements certain facilities are required to hold a licence with the EPA for activities on site. Trinity Green can assist in liaisons with EPA and regulatory authorities, prepare and submit licence applications, complete Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), advise on maintenance of conditions of licence and environmental compliance monitoring.
- Environmental Reporting
In line with planning permission, EPA licences and other regulatory requirements, Environmental reporting is required in terms of detailing environmental performances and compliance monitoring.
